Shipping:

 

We recommend choosing regular tracked parcel VIA Canada Post as your shipping option at checkout. Without this option delivery cannot be guaranteed & we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Orders with 2 or more items will automatically be charged and sent out Regular Tracked mail as it exceeds Lettermail size requirements.

  • Lettermail NOT TRACKED (3-10 business days, to anywhere in Canada) *option only possible for 1 item orders, multiple item orders will have an additional charge added to upgrade to the Regular Tracked shipping option*
     
  • Regular Tracked (3-10 business days, to anywhere in Canada)
     
  • Expedited Tracked (1-3 business days, to anywhere in Canada)

We currently do not ship to the USA, sorry for any inconveniece!

*We do offer local pickup in Port Coquitlam, please use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout to save on the shipping. We will contact you to schedule pickup after the order is completed.

 

Returns:

 

We can offer a full refund between the time the order has been placed and a shipping label is created. Once the item has shipped however, we cannot accept returns or refunds (due to the handmade nature of the items). Should there be an issue with your item, please contact us VIA email to resolve the issue.
